So finally IPP has come to an end on Friday. There were the up and down days but overall it was a great experience. Colleagues there were quite a friendly bunch especially my supervisor. Some -People- said I am well taken care of. :o And yeah.. know so much more about HR.

We were supposed to go have the farewell on Friday but the HR manager said there would be some meeting going on so it was changed to Thursday instead. Juliana organised the farewell and it seemed that I was part of it as well. I know the gifts, the food ordered, the cert of completion meant for us etc. It was no surprise for me. Haha it was as if I was planning my own farewell. In reply Juliana said I was already part of HR so I wasn't left with any choice.

Think the farewell was quite 'wow' in a way. We didn't expect any big shots to come. Most Executives/HODs/Supervisors were assumed not to turn up but little did we know that almost all came. It was a surprise. The Chief Financial Officer came and all of us we shocked. Then it was time to settle down and eat. Chicken wings.. Samosa.. Sotong Balls and I love the fruit tarts best. Then halfway through all of us I required to give individual feedback. Think it was quite scary. Imagine the whole room was quiet and all the big shots looking at you. There was tension in the atmosphere. Shiying and I couldn't help but laugh softly..

Then came Friday! HR manager actually treated me lunch. Food from Hong Yuen. Ordered Dim Sum and a few other dishes.. Ate till I could explode.. Nothing compared to Crystal Jade but some stuff were quite nice. Wah then still got a farewell gift from them. HR Manager said she wanted to buy a Parker Pen for me.. Haha but Juliana said that it might not be appropriate so they got an black Elle bag instead. Lucky I got them something too.. just a little gift.. Mon Cherie chocs and notebooks.

Well, in a way going to miss some of the food there. The local delights and the different types of sandwiches. Hmm.. today went to take a look at the other gift from the club. It is actually a trolley bag. Think it is good.. so much stuffs inside as well.. some cooling pack.. amenities bag.. air pillow.. card holder.. Good gift. I feel that Benny shouldn't exchange it with a water flask.

Ok last but not last I am going to miss admiring the cars there. Carpark filled with luxurious cars and sport cars. BMWs, Mercedez, Lexus, Porche, Mazda RX8s, Saabs and etc.



Saw this Ferrari about 2 weeks ago! It was a rare sight because I hardly see this kind of cars around Singapore. All of us were like so wow about it that we went closer to take some pics. We did it in a hurry because we don't want any members or security coming after us..

Anyway, like to thank Jacqueline for helping me design bombertimes tee! Nice and cute but before the final decision, it was a headache. Deciding on the colours and design.. Think it was close to 2.30am before it was decided. Hope my bro will like it on his birthday. It will be a good surprise.

Back to school on Tuesday. It has been so long since I last saw my pals..

So much things that was not updated..

Let's see.. I actually went to make another pair of spectacles last Tuesday. Those plastic frames type as shown in the pic below.. Just felt like getting one. Zzz.. what Robert Kiyosaki, author of Rich Dad Poor Dad, said was so very true. The more money you earn the more likely you will spend. Right now I also have plans of changing my mobile phone. On Sunday, I was so close in getting one.. BUT.. sigh, it's a long story.



Saturday was Mama's Birthday! Seriously, she looks younger than her age. Don't look like 72 at all.

3 weeks to go and it's back to school.. .. ..

Working isn't fun afterall. Now I know why adults tell me that they want to go back to school. Warning.. the following few paragraphs will be nothing but complaints.

Work is beginning to feel like a long boring process. Been checking employees' details against paper and system and it is tedious. I can't help but doze off. I find it so hard to keep myself awake. Finally after check 400++ names for a period of about 1-2 weeks, I am supposed to change the format saved of those 500 or so staff photographs that I have scanned previously. I mean why tell me now? It's like I am doing double work. I saved all of them in JPG and now changing them one by one back to BMP. What's more I have to rename the filename as well, adding employee's number. This is going to take me quite a while again..

Next is some toilet poster I was told to do by the manager. Well, it was apparently not by job in the 1st place but it was pushed to me. Frankly, I have being changing the style, pattern and colour of the heading for a couple of times and the manager still doesn't approve it. Getting quite fed-up actually.. haha.. feel like telling to her face that everything individual has different taste and that if my style doesn't suit you, you should do everything yourself. Grrr.. what's eye-catching to her? How would I know? I took the effort to go to other websites to look for fonts even.. but I don't think that is necessary. It's just a poster for the toilet. Seriously, I don't think people will actually read every single word on it.

Ok enough of work. It's the weekends!! :) Went for cpw with JacQQqqqueline Dottie and I would like to wish her a very happy birthday! To my special friend.. be happy always and all the best for your next journey in life. Let your new trexi friend accompany you. ;)

Yesshh and I am tired. No work tomorrow as I have swapped it with next week due to my grandmother's birthday. Good lunch in about 12 hours time. Heh heh..
